Can you help me buy a home in the Keys if I live out of state?
Yes. Most of our buyers live out of state. We do live video walk-throughs, inspect docks and seawalls in person, get insurance quotes early, and coordinate inspections and closing remotely.
Can I rent out a home I buy in the Florida Keys?
It depends on the town and the property. Rules differ in Key West, Marathon, Key Colony Beach, Islamorada and unincorporated Monroe County, so we check a home's zoning and rental license before you make an offer.
